Fringe Benefits
These fringe benefit estimates are compiled from a survey of employers.  Particular emphasis is placed on the availability of health insurance and retirement plans since they make up the largest share of the cost of fringe benefit to employers and the value to workers.  These new data provide some of the first sub-state estimates of the availability of employer-provided health insurance in Kentucky.  A wide variety of benefits are presented by locality, establishment size, and hourly/salaried workers.
